1.Choose a field you learn and decide the goal.Overview the whole image.
2.Fully understand the field you choose(eg. Read books,Take classes or whatever)in both MACRO and micro point of view
3.Write,draw,paint what you understand as soon as you put it into your brain or understand though writing.
4.Record it or let the PC speak it.
5.Listen to your voice memos and visualize your notes in your mind.
6.Maintain your memory and reduce the amount of field you listen to because you don’t have to maintain your memory that you already remember.
7.Use it.

Now let me explain how to do in micro point of view.

1.Choose a field you learn and decide the goal.Overview the whole image.

2.Fully understand a small subject and write,draw,paint it down in one piece of paper.
2.1 Read a small subject and then read the same subject written in other book.
You fully understand only small amount of the field you read like you can write in one piece of paper.
Don’t bite off more than one can chew.
You only walk step by step and hang in there.

2.2 Compare your new knowledge with other books.
To understand is To get linked with between what you know and what you don’t know.

4.Read the paper you write from top to bottom and record your voice in your voice recorder.

4.1 The recording time should be less than 60 second.
